EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE EN SESION DE LA FECHA Y HACIENDO USO DE SUS FACULTADES, SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:

ORDENANZA

Para el Partido de SAAVEDRA

Artículo 1º: Apruébese el Decreto Nº 884/96 dictado con fecha 5 de noviembre de 1996, “ad-referéndum” del Cuerpo Deliberativo, por el cual se adecua por el término de un año a partir de Noviembre de 1996, el valor de las cuotas de viviendas de adjudicatarios de los planes Solidaridad y Pro-Casa.-

Artículo 2º: -Cúmplase, Regístrese y Archívese.-

DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DEL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE  DEL PARTIDO DE  SAAVEDRA, EN PIGUE, A LOS TREINTA DIAS  DEL MES DE DICIEMBRE DE MIL NOVECIENTOS NOVENTA Y SEIS.-
