EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE, EN SESION DE LA FECHA Y HACIENDO USO DE SUS FACULTADES, SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:

ORDENANZA

Para el Partido de SAAVEDRA

ARTICULO 1º: Déjase sin efecto la Demanda Defectuosa promovida por Expediente Nº 61484/2000 en cuanto al reclamo del pago de deuda comprendida entre 7/92 a 6/95 de la Partida Nº 42014,  por haberse iniciado erróneamente contra el actual Titular de la vivienda, Sr. CARLOS ALBERTO RICHIERI, correspondiendo la misma al adjudicatario anterior, Sr. RAUL MANUEL USTUA.-

ARTICULO 2º: Remítase copia de la presente Resolución al solicitante.-

ARTICULO 3º: Cúmplase, Regístrse y Archívese.-
