EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE EN SESIÓN DE LA FECHA Y HACIENDO USO DE SUS FACULTADES, SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE

O R D E N A N Z A

PARA EL PARTIDO DE SAAVEDRA

ARTÍCULO 1º: Declárase de utilidad pública y de pago obligatorio por los vecinos frentistas la Obra “Ampliación de Red de Agua Potable en Arroyo Corto” en los inmuebles baldíos o edificados, que se indican en el Plano adjunto a fs. 4 del presente, ubicados sobre las siguientes calles:

• Avellaneda e/Padre Pedro Wodarka y Padre Agustín Spele, sobre ambas manos (Circunscripción III, Sección A, Manzana 23 y 12). –

ARTÍCULO 2º:  Comuníquese, Regístrese, Cúmplase y Archívese. –

DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DEL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DEL PARTIDO DE SAAVEDRA, A LOS DIEZ DÍAS DEL MES DE AGOSTO DEL AÑO DOS MIL VEINTIDOS.
